Had a fantastic time with friends! We enjoyed a round of golf at the local course, which was challenging yet fun. Mark and Tina cooked an amazing breakfast every morning, and we loved the lovely view while eating. Their suggestions for local attractions made exploring a breeze, especially when we visited Mt. Kineo golf course. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway with friends!
One issue we faced was with the breakfast timing. it seemed to take a bit longer than expected on our last morning.

The historic B&B features nicely updated accommodations, with a comfortable queen bed and a view of the lovely gardens. The hospitality of the hosts was exceptional. they assisted with luggage and made sure our bicycles were securely stored overnight. Each morning brought a delicious breakfast highlighted by unique casserole offerings, adding a special touch to our stay. However, the window A/C unit could be a bit noisy during the night, and the bathroom size felt cramped at times. Parking could also be more clearly marked, causing a minor inconvenience.

We had a wonderful time at the Dexter Municipal Golf Course, where our kids enjoyed the putting green while my husband and I played a round. The atmosphere of the inn is warm and welcoming, making it feel like home with a family vibe.
My wife says that the breakfast options could be more varied for families.

Exceptional Hospitality and Delicious Breakfast!
My recent stay was nothing short of delightful! Mark and Tina made me feel at home with their warm hospitality, and the breakfasts were amazing, featuring homemade items like sausage breakfast bake. I particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and engaging common areas that encouraged conversation with other guests. However, my trip felt too short. I would love to stay longer next time!

Just a reliable pick for a brief pit stop in Dexter with real value for money. The owner was super friendly and showed us our huge room filled with period decor. Keep in mind it's at the top of a steep hill, so plan your walks carefully.

The homey atmosphere embraces you as soon as you step inside, and the dining experience feels more like a cozy family meal than standard hotel fare. Freshly made breakfast includes a unique hot item, like the flavorful sausage souffle, all served on real plates—no plastic in sight. The beautiful historical inn has loads of charm, with fascinating decor and antiques sprinkled throughout.
Located at the top of a steep hill, getting into town can feel like a workout, especially for those of us who prefer to stroll. Breakfast options are limited, which might disappoint vegetarians, especially since the lack of choices stood out during my stay. Other guests might find the rooms somewhat uneven in terms of decor and charm, with certain areas lacking the distinctive character found in more popular suites.
